professional associations and activities licensing examination
Preparation and Fees. Full-time employees who have been with the firm for a period of one year may be reimbursed for professional licensing/registration examination fees after successfully completing all sections of the exam. The Architecture Registration Examination (ARE) and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) are exams for which the firm will reimburse. Columbia Associates also normally pays annual dues to one professional organization (AIA, IIDA, ASID, etc) after the 90 day orientation period.
