Located at the prime intersection of Hwy 54 and HH at the Lake of the Ozarks this building is part of a multi-acre mixed use property. With high end commericial, office, and residential spaces this property will accomodate approximately 327,000 square feet. This project will be the first of three 15-story towers constructed from poured in place structural concrete.
Computer study models were used to analyze design concepts. The project included a 200 car parking garage and indoor pool complex. The total enclosed size was 327,000 SF.
