Master Planning services will include a review of the existing facilities to determine the main
issues and needs of the client. This can be any number of issues, including updating facilities
to ADA compliance, repairing any damaged or outdated structures, and making any
necessary expansions. Phases will be developed prioritizing the issues so completion can be
estimated and reached in a timely manner.

Depending on the clients requests additional services can be provided, including but not limited to:

  • - Renderings of how the renovated project would look

  • - Moving to architectural services after a Master Plan is developed
